Next Day Delivery as Standard
We dispatch orders once they have been completed on a next working day service, our normal turnaround is 3-5 days once proof has been approved and payment has been received. These lead times may vary due to increased work or depending on the size of order placed so this can be up to 7-14 days but we will communicate any delays on our order, if you require your item urgently, please call us to discuss your deadline. Also delays may be unavoidable if we are relying on suppliers dispatching materials to us or if you have supplied your own materials/products to us. Also, there may be delays with APC delivery in busier periods i.e. Christmas or staff shortages, but this will be communicated with you if/when there are any issues.
We use APC Overnight; you will receive a tracking email from APC to let you know when your order has been dispatched and another on the day of delivery with a two-hour time slot for delivery. To track your APC order, you will need your consignment number which will be emailed to you to view the tracking website.
If you need to change the delivery address, please call us on 01626 366047 if the parcel has been dispatched this may incur an additional charge.

Bay & Moor collection service allows you to collect your items from our premises in Newton Abbot, Devon free of charge by appointment only so please contact us on 01626 366047 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment.
