Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery

We dispatch orders once they have been completed on a next working day service, our normal turnaround is 3-5 working days once proof has been approved and payment has been received. These lead times may vary due to increased work or depending on the size of order placed so this can be up to 7-14 days but we will communicate any delays on our order, if you require your item urgently, please call us to discuss your deadline. Also delays may be unavoidable if we are relying on suppliers dispatching materials to us or if you have supplied your own materials/products to us. Also, there may be delays with delivery in busier periods i.e. Christmas or staff shortages, but this will be communicated with you if/when there are any issues.

We use APC Overnight; you will receive a tracking email from APC to let you know when your order has been dispatched and another on the day of delivery with a two-hour time slot for delivery. To track your APC order, you will need your consignment number which will be emailed to you to view the tracking website.

  • Courier service is provided as a standard service an insured service can be provided on request at additional cost. Delivery will be normally Monday to Friday, 8am – 5-30pm, unless differing arrangements have been made through consultation. Where goods are damaged on receipt, or the delivered goods do not match the order/invoice, please notify us immediately. If possible, please send us photographs of any damages incurred. Bay & Moor Ltd will contact the transport company. If there are time constraints that need to be met, please email or discuss this at point of quotation so this can be agreed. The UK & Ireland is divided into ten areas. Below is the postcode encompassment of geographical areas. Postcodes that are not listed are charged as England & Wales.
