Veneered sheet

Veneered sheet has a free fiber board core with real wood laminated on either side. Sanded smooth and varnished, they are suitable for a wide range of applications.

MDF

MDF Or medium density fibreboard is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming it into panels by applying high temperature and pressure.
Coloured MDF is also available going by the product name of Vibracol with a uniform colour throughout, MDF is generally denser than plywood which gives great results even when laser cutting fine-details.

Ceramic

Ceramic is a non-metallic solid deriving from clay which is a corrosion-resistant material made by shaping and firing at a high temperature. Wherever customisation is desired, laser marking is a suitable method as images and logos can be applied to the porcelain and ceramics surfaces.

Acrylic

Acrylic – Poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) or Perspex is a synthetic glass look thermoplastic material which is thermoformable. When using cast acrylic, you can achieve optimum cut edges and high-contrast engravings. However extruded acrylic has less thickness tolerances and is usually a lower cost it cuts well but does not engrave as well as cast.

Metal Laser

Anodized

Anodized and coloured aluminum are ideal for marking. In this process, the hard coating can be completely removed to show the metal underneath or not completely removed to produce different finishes. The image contrast is produced by means of the change of colour in the oxide coating and almost photographic qualities can be achieved.

Textiles can be either natural or synthetical materials which are compatible to laser as the fibres are high flexibility and supple. So, the laser process causes no fabric distortion as it is a contactless process and when cutting laser will seal the edges of synthetic material and cut to fine detail.  Also, laser will have a precise subtle engraving to textiles with no distortion.
